Central location made exploring Brussels convenient.
The check-in process was frustrating and confusing. I was charged extra to allow a family member into my room, which felt unjust. The staff seemed indifferent and did not provide any help when asked about the policies.

The central location was a huge win for me! 😊 The shower was surprisingly nice, but the toilet door was broken, which made it awkward. wouldn't choose this place again, but it did the job for one night.

Central location with quirky charm
The hotel had a surprisingly functional shower and good WiFi, making my basic stay quite satisfactory. Its central location provided easy access to transport links, which was a huge plus.
The hotel itself felt a bit outdated, and the stair access to my room was quite a workout. I did notice some wear and tear that could be improved.

i was almost going to write a glowing review, but i simply couldn't ignore the filthy room and the uncomfortable bed. also, as a guest deserving special treatment, i expected at least one little gesture, like a complimentary upgrade! missed opportunities abound at this so-called 'royal' hotel. what a disappointment!

We had a decent experience at the hotel, especially with its central location making it easy to explore the city. We enjoyed visiting the Museum of Musical Instruments nearby, which was a fun outing for our family. The kids loved it!
For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for families.

Great location for exploring
The place was pretty decent for a quick stay. Super close to the main pedestrian street, which made exploring easy! I enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant—real tasty! Just wish the room had better lighting. it was a bit dark. it worked for what I needed.

This was just a suitable option for a weekend in Brussels with best value. The bathroom had decent cleanliness overall, which was a nice surprise. If you’re not concerned about luxury, it can serve your needs just fine.

missingWrote a review on 07 Juncentral locationreliable wi-fidated furnishingsabsent elevatornoticeable odor
The location was quite central and offered easy access to public transport, which was a major convenience. Wi-Fi was reliable, and the shower provided pleasantly warm water, making it functional for a short stay. the absence of an elevator made accessing the room challenging, especially since the interior felt quite dated and the furnishings showed visible wear, like cigarette burns. There was also a noticeable odor in the room, contributing to an overall less than ideal atmosphere.

This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need like great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. I remember the staff helping me find my lost car keys during my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying the restaurant's tasty meals. I'm coming back for a new year!
